I loved how clean everything was. The super nice team assisting both me and my daughter! the hotel's proximity to the ballroom was awesome. the little bar offered great prices, too. the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard, and i found them comfortable.
The sink location in the bedroom felt a bit unusual, it was something i just didn't love. this was a very minor thing!

the hotel features a well-kept bar area with a variety of beverages available until late, including several local ales and a selection of wines. there is a small games room on the ground floor with a pool table and dartboard. i saw vending machines stocked with snacks and drinks located near the reception area.

all staff were lovely i found. the manager was great i saw. the girls always had a smile on there faces i noticed. they were always singing and friendly i felt. they were helpful i believe. it was a great stay and i will go back again i know.
i had a very slight issue with the music in the bar as it was too loud.

the hotel offers a well-kept bar area with a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices i noticed. there is also a nice enclosed seating space located at the back of the hotel i saw. a pool table offers entertainment to guests i believe.

the double room featured plenty of tea and coffee making facilities to use i saw. the bathroom was super clean i noticed. a hot and powerful shower was available i believe. housekeeping occurred both days i felt.

the hotel is situated close to local amenities i felt. it is also conveniently located near the seafront i noticed. cheap car parking is available if you can get a space i believe. this costs £5 a night i saw.

The staff were helpful. the buffet breakfast had tasty options. i appreciated the bar and beer garden. It caught a lot of sunlight. i found the staff friendly and accommodating to dietary needs. gary even returned my boyfriend's phone quickly after he left it at the bar.
some noise came from other guests late at night. it was difficult to sleep because the walls seemed thin and i could hear neighbors talking. the seagulls also created noise.

The hotel features a cute bar and lounge area for relaxation. This space allowed for great socialization, particularly in the evenings, and the beer garden provided a lovely spot to soak up the sun. the enclosed seating space at the back offered additional comfort.

The staff were very friendly and cute. They were really nice too accommodate specific dietary requirements, and one staff member, gary, even returned a phone left at the bar, showcasing really good attentiveness. their helpfulness greatly contributed to the positive experience.

The room was quite small, it felt cramped. The shower had mold. The sink being in the bedroom was also odd. I did not appreciate that arrangement. I expected better for the price. The experience was not what I anticipated.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Abbie gave great advice. Breakfast had a lot of variety and tasted delicious. The location is great. It is easy to get to all the local attractions. I appreciate that the hotel is very clean and tidy.
I think rooms would benefit from a little modernisation .
